Ryan Carnovsky is the one of the Co-Owners of Kenmare LLC.

Prior to establishing himself  "paid his dues" in his over 10 years of recruitment. He started in the Medical arena in which he spent at facilities such as Relible Nursing LLC. where he focused on Registered Nurses in the Critical Care/ER/Telemetry and ICU spaces. He has applied his craft with A-Line Staffing solutions in which he worked on a team of 5 that competed and beat out teams of 20 at other recruitment firms.

After learning the medical side, Ryan wanted to turn his attention to the automotive space. He has spent the last five years in the Automotive Engineering/Skilled Trade/Aerospace and Defense. This experience lead to him becoming the SRG Specilaity Recruitment specialist at Express Employment Professionals which is an elite and specialized unit within the organization. These recruiters are accountable for being top producers on Account Development and in Direct Hire placement.

He is happily married to his wife Sarah and recieved his Bachelors Degree from Eastern Michigan University in Communications.
